Room was excessively small, barely enough space for luggage!!! Also, I found the lack of room tidiness on non-cleaning days a bit disappointing!!! Would appreciate a bit more organization!!!

Dining options fall short. the food quality at the restaurant isn’t as high as advertised, with chewy steak and duck. Additionally, the drink options at the rooftop bar are surprisingly weak, lacking the punch you'd expect.

staying at granbell was a delight! the breakfast had a nice variety, including healthy sets that were just right. our room was small but felt spacious since we stored our luggage under the bed. we loved how soundproof the bathroom was. the location was also a huge bonus, being so close to shops and eateries.
